7-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your Relaxer product for any reason, you may initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a return request by emailing us at support@relaxerstore.com or through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Our support team will reach out to understand your concern and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup.
  4. After the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Return Eligibility Conditions

  • Timeframe: Return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered - exactly as you received it.
  • Original Packaging:The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • No Signs of Damage: Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The return request is raised after the 7-day return window.
  • The product has been used, washed, or tampered with.
  • The product is returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Products purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) - please follow the respective platform's return policy.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Refund Modes

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:

  • Contact us at support@relaxerstore.com within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs or a short video of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order by contacting us before it has been dispatched. Full refund will be issued.
  • After Shipment: Cancellations are not possible once the product has been shipped. Please initiate a return after delivery.
