7-Day Easy Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your Relaxer product for any reason, you may initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a return request by emailing us at support@relaxerstore.com or through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
- Our support team will reach out to understand your concern and guide you through the next steps.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup.
- After the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Return Eligibility Conditions
- Timeframe: Return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Unused Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered - exactly as you received it.
- Original Packaging:The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
- No Signs of Damage: Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The return request is raised after the 7-day return window.
- The product has been used, washed, or tampered with.
- The product is returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) - please follow the respective platform's return policy.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Refund Modes

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:

- Share clear photographs or a short video of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order by contacting us before it has been dispatched. Full refund will be issued.
- After Shipment: Cancellations are not possible once the product has been shipped. Please initiate a return after delivery.
